The Standard Package
Our aim is to provide our clients with a comprehensive Property Management Service that will give you peace of mind in the knowledge that your property is in safe and reliable hands. We ensure that absolutely everything in your property is always in full working order and we will provide you with a monthly report that details all of our findings, comprehensively.
Security – Internal and external monthly (it is possible for weekly and fortnightly) inspections.
Key Holding – We are contactable 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
Property Maintenance – Our professional management team will check for any obvious signs of damage i.e. damp, cracks, leaks, infestation etc. Any minor problems such as blown bulbs etc. will be rectified and logged on your monthly report. In the event of there being a major problem, you will be notified immediately and we will repair, correct or replace whatever is necessary in as quick a time as possible.
24-hour Emergency Call Out Service – If a situation arises where our assistance is needed, we are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Property Airing – Doors and windows are opened to ensure the property is properly aired.
Utility Checks – All appliances are checked and any faults are reported
Ground Maintenance – Terraces, swimming pools and Jacuzzis are checked to ensure they are clear of debris, dust and leaves.
Prior to Arrival – We ensure that all appliances have been switched on
Within 24 hours of any adverse weather or severe weather changes, you can rest assured that your property will be fully inspected and you will be contacted if anything problematic has occurred.
